What if I want to return my product?
Refunds will be accepted under the following conditions:
- The wrong product was sent Bynous FZE.
- The product is defective.
- The product was damaged in shipping.
- The product is tampered.
What is the return period?
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date in their original condition. Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Will I get a full refund?
Full priced items may be returned for a full refund. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on all returns. Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
How long will it take before I am refunded?
If the paperwork and items are in order please allow 7 to 10 working days for the item to be processed by our returns department. The original price of the item will be credited back to your original form of payment.
Can I exchange my purchase?
Jewelry and lifestyle items cannot be exchanged, however we are happy to provide a full refund where applicable.
Pet apparel can only be exchanged for a different size. If requested size is unavailable, full refund will be provided.
Can I cancel my order?
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 30 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
